Weight loss occurs with healthy eating, exercise and the right mind set. This series will utilize hypnosis to help you overcome the emotional reasons for eating junk food or just too much food.

This series costs $300
A deposit of $100 (non-refundable) holds your spot in this series.
The remaining $200 is due the first night of class. (cash or check only).
Must have minimum of 4 people signed up to hold class.
