HypnoBirthing classes are on Monday evenings starting at 7 pm. Each class is 2 ½-3 hours long. HypnoBirthing classes focus on learning the art of self hypnosis, relaxation techniques, positioning during labor and birthing, and much more. In addition, because HypnoBirthing is a childbirth preparation class, other classes for childbirth preparation are not necessary. Touring the birthing facility and a Breast feeding class may be beneficial. It is best to begin class between 20-25 weeks gestation, with the goal of completing the class in the 30th week of the pregnancy. This allows the couple adequate time to practice the skills they have learned and be better prepared for their birthing. If you begin the class beyond 25 weeks gestation, your practice time will be shorter, but the skills learned can still be valuable. Some of my former clients have finished in their 36th week of gestation and had beautiful births. Total cost of the class is $235.00, which includes the HypnoBirthing® Book, CD, and handouts. Please send $60.00 (non-refundable) payable to Heartfelt Hypnosis to reserve your place in the class. Remember to write the dates of the class on your check. If you have any questions, please call Pauline @ 248-918-9075. The tuition balance of $175 is due on the first night of class (Check or cash only please). Send in your deposit early, classes are filling up fast! For Pauline's previous HypnoBirthing clients, if you are pregnant again, and would like to repeat the class, you can for only $150.
