Each week we focus on Hypnosis and Relaxation techniques. We review and practice a different technique each night of class. HypnoBirthing is much more than just hypnosis and relaxation. It is a comprehensive childbirth education program, giving you all the tools needed to create an easy, peaceful birthing-the kind of birth that you and your baby deserve. Here is a sneak peak at what you will learn in class.
